He was the director of USCG’s C4ISR Division specializing in IT\CYBER, COMMUNICATIONS AND SENSING SYSTEMS. He is an expert in maritime operations including Governance, Stewardship, Security and Search. He has specific expertise in developing R&D Programs addressing IT/Cyber operations affecting the Maritime Inter-modal Transportation System.
